Jurying: This is a juried event. All vendors must conform to providing a booth set-up that reflects the historical nature of the show.  Preference will be given to returning vendors. All new vendors will be accepted in order of application received.

Deadline: Vendor deadline - all applications must be received by December 31, 2008.

Show fees: Spaces are available as table spaces at a cost of $55.00 per space. Cost includes one 8 ft. table and one chair.

Also available this year are booth spaces for $200.00.  They measure approximately 8 ft. deep x 20 ft. long.  Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and set-up displays. There will be limited wall spaces, and double row spaces.

.  All spaces will be assigned.
.  Booths/Tables must be set up and ready for operation not later than 9:30 am, Sat., ½ hour before the gates open to the public at 10 am.
.  Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down their own booths/tables according to the time schedule allotted in the information packet. Information packets will be distributed upon jury acceptance and fee payment.
